52 books in 52 weeks (2011)

This week I’ve concluded my first “52 books in 52 weeks” challenge, having completed exactly 52 books in the past year. I’ve gone back and added some short reviews and thoughts on each book (which is still in process and will take a few days to complete). I do regret how I have disuaded myself from spending as much time with more involved non-fiction as I have in the past. Reading a book a week doesn’t lend itself to finishing Rothbard’s “Man, Economy, and State”, or a textbook on Bayesian statistics. I will have to find some way to both put down a novel a week, and make time for serious study (chapter-a-week, maybe?) as well.
